when buying alcohol relayed products you must be 18+, no refunds will be made on these products,
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or personalized items. (Including plush toys made to order)
HAMPERS: please allow a week or more to make and shipping time Please note personalisation is ONLY on glasses
PRE-ORDERS: preorders can take up to 15-20 business days to be sent out.
orders: can take up to 14 business days to be sent out
Postage: I post monday and friday weekly..
untracked postage: unfortunately I can not refund lost orders or undelivered when you it is untracked postage..
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately within 48 hours after receiving item, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Also note that all resin pours are individually done soo not every pour is the same, things will be different on each cup, there maybe slight indiscrepancies can happen.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to email us (sparkleddaisy2021@gmail.com) and then is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
also To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
