making of orders can take up to 14 business days (or less) once fully paid for

if  they are personalised/custom no orders will Be made if payment is not completed, once order is made it will be shipped.

Australia: 2 -14days via Australia post timeframes

Postage: I post Monday and friday weekly..

untracked postage: unfortunately I can not refund lost orders or undelivered when you it is untracked postage..
